Adding a Clerkship

You may add a clerkship at any time, based on availability.

Dropping a Clerkship

Up to 8 weeks before the beginning of the clerkship, you may drop the clerkship by submitting a request via MedHub. After that, a drop will be allowed only with permission from the department.

*Students, please see MedHub for details on how to request schedule changes during the fourth year.

Retroactive Enrollment

Retroactive enrollment in medical school coursework is not permitted. Students should consult their SET phase advisor in advance of taking a course or clerkship to ensure they will be properly enrolled and receive credit accordingly.
