CME for MOC

We are pleased to offer CME activities that fulfill MOC requirements for lifelong learning and knowledge self-assessment (MOC Part 2).  Participants are able to earn both CME credit and MOC points at the same time in the following live and online courses.  Each board requirement for MOC self-assessment differs, and instructions for obtaining MOC credit are included with each activity.

To be eligible, activities must include an evaluation that measures individual learner change in knowledge, skill, or performance. Learners must engage in the evaluation (and “pass”) to earn MOC.  Examples include Written Responses, Scored Post-tests, Audience Response System, Simulation, and Case Discussions.

What is MOC Part 2 (MOC2) credit?
Maintenance of Certification (MOC) is the process by which a physician who has initially become board-certified in the specialty practice of their choice maintains their board certification status.  Board-certified physicians should earn MOC2 credit to maintain their board certification.  MOC2 is generally earned through self-assessment/evaluation with feedback activities.
