For late career launch students who are not currently in the bay area and don’t plan on returning until march for our final clinical rotations, are we going to be in the vaccine queue when we return?

I’m confused by the recommendation that students return to SF ~10 days before starting a clinical rotation AND the note that clinical rotations are exempted from the quarantine. Which is true?

Is it still the case that students aren’t allowed to see people who do not have negative COVID test? Are all clerkships sites aware of this so we don’t feel weird when we remind them?

Can we clarify that students on LOA (research, MPH, etc) are grouped with Phase 1a or Phase 3?

Where do we get a vaccine if we have a Fresno rotation in January?

Will the MyChart notification be sent to our UCSF e-mail address? And this is separate from our current MyChart accounts?

Are we supposed to have gotten the MyChart link already?

Since many 4th years have acute care rotations in January, February, March, and April, how is the rotation timing taken into account in regards to the vaccination phases? Is priority given based on that timing?

Will students with the “highest risk” exposure in rotations at sites outside of UCSF still be vaccinated in Phase 1a? I am at the ICU at Highland in January.

Is there a chance that CL sub-I’s or rotations that are currently scheduled to be in-person may convert to virtual experiences due to surge, as they did in early phase of the pandemic? When/how might decisions be made about this?
