This training is tailored for scientists who currently (or intend to) mentor and/or supervise in either academe or industry and is part of an NSF-funded initiative to build more effective lab environments. Registered participants may be asked to complete workshop surveys and assessments in order to fine tune this professional development series for future dissemination.
