Interact with expert small group facilitators to address personal facilitation challenges. Discuss and formulate successful strategies for creating, leading and guiding discussions, and for asking and responding to questions. Identify characteristics of effective group discussions. Describe the roles and responsibilities of a small group facilitator, including supporting antiracist and anti-oppression practices Identify facilitator and learner behaviors that promote effective learning in a small group, and practice these behaviors to improve individual facilitation skills.
