Grounding Ourselves Through Yoga

Tuesday, January 14 at 7:00 am - 8:00 am Add to Calendar 2025-01-14 07:00:00 2025-01-14 08:00:00 Grounding Ourselves Through Yoga All members of the UCSF community at the Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building are invited to a yoga session before DPBS Grand Rounds to help build community and start out the new year more healthily.  Ideally, this will become a regular occurrence! Scrubs should be sufficient to practice, and, if you’d like to shower afterwards, there are some in the basement level. (You may need to bring your own soap and towel.)  We have a few yoga mats to lend if folks need but would appreciate it if you could bring your own. We have a few locations in mind for the class, depending on the size.  Please RSVP to [email protected] if you are interested in participating.  Further details will be sent a few days prior to the event.   Thanks for considering joining our class and please reach out with any questions or concerns! 675 18th Street Pritzker Building San Francisco, CA 94107 United States View on Map Department Of Psychiatry And Behavioral Sciences UCSF Weill Institute For Neurosciences [email protected] America/Los_Angeles public
