Pilates Mat Madness
Join our Pilates Team for a fun and energizing Pilates Mat Class to celebrate Pilates Day.
Join us in the Bakar (Mission Bay) gymnasium for Pilates Mat Madness, a special event in honor of Pilates Day! This energizing group class will feature three amazing instructors, each guiding you through a unique portion of the workout. We'll wrap up the event with a soothing cool-down yoga stretch to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
Stick around after class for a chance to win Pilates swag in our raffle! All levels are welcome—just bring your mat, your energy, and your love for movement!
