His background is in computational structural biology, with a current focus on advancing machine learning methods that accelerate drug discovery. He has also led teams developing computational frameworks for genomics data analysis, resulting in deep expertise in the inference and modeling of biological networks. Today, his group integrates machine learning approaches with physics-based models of key biological processes to drive progress in molecular and biomolecular design. In addition, MLDD develops large language models (LLMs) at Genentech and across the Roche organization that support multiple stages of the medicine discovery and development pipeline. 1650 Owens Street Gladstone Institute, Mahley Auditorium San Francisco, CA 94158 United States View on Map Liz Nguyen - [email protected] America/Los_Angeles public
