This event promises to be an insightful and informative session, and we would be honored to have you join us! Date: Wednesday, May 8 Time: 6pm to 730pm PST Location: Virtual (Zoom)  Alongside Dr. Hope Rugo, the forum will feature three Radiation Oncologists from UCSF's Department of Radiation Oncology: Dr. Lisa Singer, Dr. Nicolas Prionas, ‌and Dr. Steve Braunstein. Together, they will delve into the latest advancements and innovations in radiation therapy for breast cancer, exploring new techniques, optimal timing, and the importance of tailoring therapy to individual patient needs. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights from leading experts in the field, engage in discussions, and connect with fellow attendees who share a common interest in breast cancer care and research. The forum, organized by Melody Gawliu, provides an excellent venue for our patients and their families to gather new information about topics related to breast cancer and breast health. Forum nights are designed as casual events.  Past forum topics have ranged from hormone therapy and reversing hormone resistance to decision-making and breast cancer survivorship.
