David Gordon, MD, MPH
HS Clinical Professor
David Gordon, MD MPH is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UCSF. He is a UCSF Institute for Global Health Sciences Faculty Affiliate. He is a member of the UCSF Academy of Medical Educators. From 2023-2025, he served as the Co-Medical Director for the Children's Health Center at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG). He attends at the ZSFG pediatric urgent care clinic and is certified in medical Spanish.
With support from the Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI), Dr. Gordon co-founded the quality improvement program, the developmental stimulation program, and the pediatrics residency program for University of Gondar Hospital, Ethiopia. He has medical and public health experience in seven countries.
