Does the MSPE team make any changes to improve upon grammar, organization and writing of summary comments? I understand content changes cannot be made.

Yes, a copy editor cleans up the grammar and fixes comments that do not make sense as written. We also remove comments that are against school policy such as mention of violating clerkship work hours or suggest bias.
