Day off due to Vaccine effects

What is the mechanism for taking a day or two off for the expected fevers and myalgia after dose 2?

If you have symptoms, report them on the Conversa app and you will be given instructions on what to do next. If you do experience these symptoms, we will observe the same clerkship and career launch absence policies as with any illness. UCSF decided to do a staged approach to vaccinations to account for these symptoms.
