How can we be sure a grade from an October rotation (for our desired specialty) is included in our transcript or MSPE?

The final date for evaluations to be submitted to be included in the MSPE or transcript is October 11 so it is unlikely that your October rotations will end up in your application. If it’s an important rotation that your specialty advisor feels is something that the programs need to see, it is possible for you to send this separately. However, please check with your specialty advisor first, as you do not want to overwhelm the programs with information that they will not use.
