CMC coaches
Will we still be visiting our CMC coaches in their clinical sites during the CMC part of the curriculum?
All students will work on health systems improvement projects during the microsystem portion of the CMC day. Many clinical sites do not have the physical space for all members of a coaching group to attend microsystem sessions in person while maintaining physical distancing requirement. Students will work with their coaches and microsystem colleagues to determine in person vs remote participation for each required session. Many coach groups will likely set up a rotating schedule where a subset will attend the weekly session in person at the clinical site while the rest of the group participates via Zoom from a classroom at Parnassus or from home.
