Dermatology Research Fellowship
Purpose
The DSRF funds medical students interested in Dermatological research doing new or ongoing projects in any area of dermatology (basic science, epidemiology, population research, health policy, medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, procedural dermatology, medical education, outcomes research, etc). Applicants from under-represented groups are encouraged to apply.
Details
- $3,500 for UCSF students
- Additional $1,000 for non-UCSF students to cover costs of travel to San Francisco
- Application deadline is in March
- Application is also open to students after 1st year

Requirements
- Medical students in good standing at all levels.
- Two positions available (one fellowship reserved for a UIM student).
- The research mentor must be a UCSF Dermatology Faculty member (adjunct, clinical instructor, assistant, associate, or full professor).
