Workout Wednesdays for Neuro-Oncology Patients
We want you moving! And we'll help you do it!
For UCSF Neuro-oncology patients (caregivers welcome to attend). Held Wednesdays, 12pm - 1:00pm. This class is open to all those living with a brain tumor diagnosis, of all levels and abilities. A signed waiver is required for all first-time participants. Class will include core strength and cardio conditioning. Yoga and meditation offered the 1st Wednesdays of each month. Jordan LeBrac is a UCSF Physical Therapist. Liz Jonas is a peer who teaches yoga and strength-building.
The classes will focus on balance, strength, aerobic training and flexibility training specific for brain tumor patients.
UCSF patients will receive a complimentary exercise counseling session with the instructor as part of their registration. We will be reaching out to you to schedule that session
