Moving up at UCSF: A Discussion on Advancement and Promotion for Faculty
This session will be a discussion with Dr. Alldredge where participants will learn how to succeed at UCSF in all ranks and series.
What does it take to advance through all faculty ranks at UCSF?
How can I represent unique challenges and accomplishments in my advancement packet?
Participants are encouraged to submit specific questions in advance, via the registration link, about faculty advancement and/or suggestions for ways that the advancement process could be improved or clarified.
Presenter: Brian Alldredge, PharmD, Vice Provost Academic Affairs
Dr. Alldredge is a clinician-educator-researcher with research and clinical interests in epilepsy, seizure emergencies, pharmacogenomics and education. He holds appointments as a professor of clinical pharmacy in the School of Pharmacy and a clinical professor in the Department of Neurology in the School of Medicine.
He has served as the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs since Nov. 1, 2013.
