Mount Zion E-Waste Collection Event

Thursday, March 13 at 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Add to Calendar 2025-03-13 10:00:00 2025-03-13 13:00:00 Mount Zion E-Waste Collection Event The UCSF Health Office of Sustainability invites Mount Zion staff the opportunity to discard almost* any used and unwanted electronics (including non-functioning).     Registration is mandatory for this event. Sign up: https://tiny.ucsf.edu/MZeWasteMarch2025 *Exceptions:  · Electronics must be UCSF-owned  · No trash or unsorted bags, no hazardous labels or items, no freezers or refrigerators  · All laboratory equipment will need to be decontaminated to be accepted  · For removal of hazardous items and materials, contact EH&S at 415.476.1300  · For removal of items with UCSF Asset Tags, contact Supply Chain Management / Surplus at 415.502.6245     Items dropped off at the event will be reused, recycled, or otherwise recovered before going to landfill and will be discarded appropriately by trained staff.   Sustainability [email protected] America/Los_Angeles public
