Home & Health
Please join us next Wednesday, September 29 from 4pm to 5pm for Home & Health - a conversation about advancing housing and health solutions for people who are housing insecure, or without homes at all.
Hosted by UCSF and the Housing Action Coalition, panelists include:
Dr. Margot Kushel, a Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center and the Director of the UCSF Center for Vulnerable Populations.
Tomiquia Moss, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of All Home, a Bay Area nonprofit that advances regional solutions that disrupt the cycles of poverty and homelessness and create more economic mobility opportunities for extremely low-income people.
In conversation with Housing Action Coalition Executive Director Todd David, they'll discuss:
The inextricable link between housing and health;
The impact of the Bay Area's housing shortage and affordability crisis on vulnerable communities; and
The Bay Area initiatives that are succeeding when it comes to improving health outcomes for our unhoused neighbors and those who are at risk of losing their homes.
Register today, share with friends/colleagues, and join us next week!
