Educator Clinic: Developing the Faculty Developer for Educators

Join us for Developing the Faculty Developer for Educators, a two-hour interactive in-person workshop designed to strengthen your skills in designing and facilitating effective educational faculty development. Whether you're already involved in education-focused faculty development or looking to get started, this session offers the opportunity to learn with and from peers across UCSF. The session will start with a brief review of key theories and recent literature, then shift to practical strategies for designing impactful faculty development before delving into common challenges encountered in facilitating workshops. This session is open to anyone currently involved in faculty development as well as those who would like to get involved.

Target Audience: This session is open to any faculty and staff currently involved in faculty development as well as those who would like to get involved. Prior participation in workshops/certificates offered by the Center for Faculty Educators (e.g. Essential Educators) is highly recommended.
