Adaptive Leadership Approach with Peer Coaching

All sessions will be presented in-person and are limited to 20 faculty members Outcomes: Greater understanding of the differences between conflict resolution and conflict transformation. Improved ability to analyze and transform conflict. Deeper awareness of various tools to utilize when transforming conflict. Sample Activities: Participants will explore the uniqueness of the conflict transformation approach and learn how to analyze a conflict.
