19th Annual "Gathering" Symposium for Faith, Health & Community

Abundant Life Health Ministries Network is a program of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprensive Cancer Center Office of Community Engagement.

The purpose of the event is to foster the development, growth, and sustainability of health ministries and faith community partnerships to help address cancer-related health disparities for progress toward healthier individuals, families, congregations, and communities. 

The "Gathering" features speakers and health experts and discussion on the latest health, wellness and cancer topics -- with a focus on communities of faith (the whole person-mind, body, soul/spirit), health equity and communities of color who experience a greater burden of inequities & disparities. Participants will gain tips, actions to take, resources, potential partners, and inspiration.
