The criminal mock trial is held each year to showcase the skills that a psychiatrist needs in testifying in a criminal case. The trial is held in an actual courtroom with a sitting judge and two prominent attorneys. DPBS community members who wish to learn more about the important role that forensic psychiatry plays in the legal system are welcome to attend as audience members.
