Objectives:

1. Demonstrate understanding of basic ergonomic principles and breathwork techniques relevant to dermatology.

2. Identify ergonomic deficiencies in their practice and apply strategies to decrease strain and prevent injuries.

3. Use breathwork techniques to improve focus and performance in dermatology.
