This one-hour Zoom session explores five drivers of wellness — Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Mental Wealth, and Environment — and provides science-backed strategies to help you set meaningful, flexible goals that last. Through interactive polls and relatable case examples, you’ll identify barriers, discover small but powerful behavior shifts, and design your own “micro-goal” to stay on track this season.
