'It's About A Billion Lives' Annual Symposium
'It's About A Billion Lives' Symposium showcases the interdisciplinary work of postdoctoral fellows and faculty whose research aims to develop impactful policies, cessation interventions and awareness of the epidemic of smoking and substance use on public health. The UCSF Center for Tobacco Control Research & Education (CTCRE) invites the entire training faculty, fellows, students, staff, and the interested public to witness the breadth and quality of tobacco and related substances research at UCSF. CTCRE is recognized by campus leadership as an exemplary model for interdisciplinary and translational research at UCSF, and as a leader in global public health initiatives.
