CREST Program: Nuts and Bolts of Applying to NP, PA, & MD Programs

Wednesday, January 28 at 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Add to Calendar 2026-01-28 12:00:00 2026-01-28 13:00:00 CREST Program: Nuts and Bolts of Applying to NP, PA, & MD Programs The CREST Program offers education and mentoring to help HDFCCC staff explore the differences between the roles of nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and MD (Career Exploration Track) and to support their application process (Application Track). All HDFCCC staff are eligible to register, although the Application Track requires you are planning on applying with in one year. You must first register for the entire CREST Program here , and then for each individual event you want to attend. For more information on the CREST tracks and upcoming events, click here. HDFCCC Health Center Staff may use their education hours to attend CREST events. They must be approved in advance by the employee's manager and recorded in MyTime. Panelists are: Austin Angelidakis is an NP at the UCSF Genitourinary Medical Oncology Clinical. He contributes to research investigating new therapies for genitourinary cancers and is a native of the Bay Area Bella Finney - Current PA student at Samuel Merritt University; Former Medical Assistant in Surgical Urologic Cancer Clinic and Float Medical Assistant in various UCSF Departments Edlimar Delgado is a CRC in the UCSF Hematopoietic Malignancies Program.
