The NCPS Psychiatric Career Fair is open to members interested in learning more about career opportunities, practice models, and professional pathways across Northern California as well as other regions.
It is particularly valuable for members early in their careers, those approaching a transition, or anyone exploring new settings or roles--now or in the future.

A curated mix of employers representing hospitals, health systems, community programs, academic settings, and private practice
Meaningful conversations with recruiters and decision makers focused on roles, practice models, and professional fit
