Sierra Niblett

Sierra is a creative and collaborative administrative professional with over nine years of experience in program management, operations, and research administration at UCSF. She discovered her passion for science and higher education through her studies at San Francisco State University, culminating in an M.A. in Mind, Brain, and Behavior in 2015. In 2025, Sierra joined the Center for Faculty Educators as the Program Manager for the Academy of Medical Educators. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring nature with her husband and two rescue dogs, riding horses, and learning about California native plants.
