Complete Course Evaluations

You may have evaluated the sessions/speakers on paper during the course. Most UCSF CME courses now offer an online evaluation form for the entire course. You will receive a link to the online evaluation form by the last day of the conference.

NOTE: If the evaluation survey for your course is closed, please contact the Registration office by calling (415) 476-5808 or emailing your request, including the information below, to: registration@ocme.ucsf.edu
