UCSF Psychiatry Residents Association Gala

Some Very Important Notices:

• Please note that guest tickets will be limited this year. Though UCSF psychiatry residents, fellows, staff, and faculty will be prioritized and guaranteed, plus ones will be limited to one per UCSF affiliate and available only on a first come first serve basis. Tickets will not be secured until payment is made.
• All attendees must RSVP/register by Tuesday June 11, 2019 at 5pm to be included in the security guest list. Non-UCSF guests must also be registered formally for the event. Please register using the name as it appears on a government issued ID. If they do not match, you will not be allowed to enter the event space and unfortunately will be turned away.
• Ticket sales WILL NOT be available at the door. All registration and ticket sales must be completed beforehand.

Ticket Pricing:

• Incoming interns: Free/PGY-1: $10/PGY-2: $20/PGY-3: $30/PGY-4: $40/Fellow: $40/Staff: $40/Attending: $60
• Guest tickets are priced at the same level as accompanying UCSF Psychiatry affiliate
• If you DO NOT plan to attend but would like to make a contribution to the RA patient care fund, you can skip event registration and send a payment with a memo "Gala contribution, no ticket."

Payment Methods:

• Most preferred: Send money via Venmo to "Resident Association"(ucsf.psy.resident.association@gmail.com).  Note that this is "Resident" singular.

• Send money via PayPal to ucsf.psy.resident.association@gmail.com. 

• Write check to "Residents Association" with memo: Gala. Leave checks in Pedro's mailbox in LPPI briefing room or mail checks to Pedro Duran, 401 Parnassus Ave Box 0984, San Francisco CA 94143.
