Join us for our January webinar, as we start the year out with a focus on tuning up our holistic health: mind, body and spirit! Michele Diaz, RN, MS, will discuss her work using yoga with patients with brain injury, and a patient who is a yoga instructor and Thriver living with brain cancer, will discuss the healing benefit of yoga in her life. All are invited to stay for our After the Show segment, to participate in a gentle seated yoga practice.About the PresenterMichele Diaz, RN, MS, Neurotrauma Outcomes Coordinator at ZSFG, provides outpatient follow-up care to adults with brain injury. She is committed to improving quality of life among patients and families who are affected by brain injury. She initiated and developed a yoga and meditation program for patients and families with brain injury at ZSFG, as a clinical affiliate with non-profit Love Your Brain.
