Utilize updated pediatric vision screening techniques. 2. Identify common pediatric eye disorders, such as amblyopia, strabismus, cataract, congenital glaucoma, retinoblastoma, and red eyes. 3. Determine when to refer patients to the pediatric ophthalmologist.     UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland is accredited by the California Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland designates this live activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
