Cancer Survivors' Retreat: The S/Hero's Journey
After all the medical appointments, what now? Join us for a relaxing day of self-care, renewal, and looking ahead, featuring:
Keynote presentation by Laura Holmes Haddad, cancer survivor and author*
Yoga with Rachel Lanzerotti, MSW, eRYT500, IAYT-CYT
An engaging Survivor's Journey Roadmap exercise with Shariann Tom, CPCC and Keri Lehmann, CPCC of The Cancer Journey, and
A relaxing sound bath with Inez of Inez Healing Arts.
*Laura's book, This is Cancer: Everything You Need to Know, From the Waiting Room to the Bedroom, will be available for purchase at the event.
A healthy lunch is included.
This event is open to all cancer survivors, regardless of where you are receiving treatment. There is no cost to attend, but please pre-register, as space is limited.
