This workshop will review the latest education literature, summarize key presentations from this year's annual ACGME meeting, and share best practices in wellbeing, creating an inclusive GME learning environment and multi-source feedback. Programs will receive resources and expertise to enhance program development and maintain continued accreditation. At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Describe recent changes to ACGME accreditation policies and procedures. Avoid common pitfalls that have resulted in UCSF citations. Identify methods programs can employ to improve trainee wellbeing. Define allyship and demonstrate effective skills needed to ally with learners facing microaggressions Demonstrate best practices in GME multi-source feedback. Share best practices with other UCSF programs.   UCSF is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. UCSF designates this live activity for a maximum of 50 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
