Systems Support & iROCKET Helpdesk

Systems Support & iROCKET Helpdesk is a cross-functional team which provides technology analysis, solutions, and support for learning, data, and assessment processes and systems (e.g. Ilios & iROCKET) as well as student technology support coordination. This team works closely with each of the group directors and reports directly to Executive Director of Technology Enhanced Education.
