Seeking Medical Education Research Analyst

The Office of Medical Education (OME) promotes academic excellence across the continuum of medical education through faculty development and educational research; learning technology and instructional support; program and learner evaluation; institutional reporting on education; and accreditation and institutional policy for the 26 academic departments located in San Francisco and Fresno that make up the School of Medicine. 
The Office of Research and Development in Medical Education (RaDME), a subunit of OME, provides support for educational research, faculty development, and consulting on curriculum development, program evaluation, educational research, and faculty development.
The Research Analyst plays a central role in facilitating and conducting educational research, training, and consulting services for RaDME. The Research Analyst works with the unit's five faculty members and with other School of Medicine faculty members, staff, students, residents and fellows who use RaDME services. The Research Analyst performs services related to the collection, "cleaning", analysis, and reporting of data for educational research; and trains users of software and equipment used in the Professions Education Research Center for data collection and analysis, manages use of the center and its resources, and supports the administration, data management, and analysis for growing faculty development programs, including some clerical tasks such as ordering catering and reserving rooms.
