Organizational Structure

Research and Development in Medical Education (RaDME) is part of the School of Medicine's Center for Faculty Educators and is a source of support to educators and educational researchers at UCSF. Five core faculty members provide consultation and mentoring services, teach in faculty development programs, and conduct their own research. RaDME also depends on the time and expertise of more than 50 faculty developers from across the UCSF education community.

Advisory Committees

Our work is improved by seeking advice from others through advisory committees. Our Faculty Development Committee is designed to represent not only the full-time faculty at UCSF School of Medicine, but also our volunteer community faculty and faculty in the other UCSF schools and programs. The Educational Research Advisory Committee meets virtually to review seed grant research proposals on an as-needed basis.
